We drove back to my parents home in Arvada, Colorado after Telluride. John dropped me off and got back on the road again to gain some ground in his trek to New York City. I spent the next two days cleaning and organizing my gear, shopping and relaxing. My passport was overnighted from Phoenix and supposed to arrive in the mail by noon on Tuesday. It never came. No one at USPS had any idea where it was either, so I had no choice but to push my flight back a day in hopes that it would arrive. Luckily I am flying Southwest so the price to change was only the difference in fare price ($30!). My passport did show up today, so I am headed to Cabo, Mexico tomorrow morning.
